Le
Muy is a small town in the
eastern
Var (district of
PACA) which
hosts every Thursday and Sunday the most important market in the
area. It has been attracting local and foreign vacationers and
settlers with its favourable situation.
Nestling comfortably in the valley
of the Argens river between the mountains of the Maures and the
Esterel, the village is halfway between Fréjus
and Draguignan
(the subprefecture of Var). From here it takes only half an
hour to go to the beaches and to the gulf of St Tropez.
The town is easily accessible
from an exit of the A8 motorway making possible to reach Nice
and Marseille in about an hour, as well as from the TGV train
station in Les Arcs sur Argens at only 10 min. Nice international
airport is only 45 min away.
